SFX or Punky bleach kit (question!)

but that doesn't answer my questions about SFX bleach vs. Punky bleach.

I've been searching online for a good hour looking for a website that sells SFX 40 volume bleach, I can't find any! I do. not. want. Manic Panic bleach, but that's all I've been able to find. I have found 1 website that sells a Punky 40 volume bleach kit, though.

I'm also going to be using SFX toner (I can find that easy enough).

so my questions are:
1) which is better (BLEACH-wise), SFX or Punky?
2) are there any wesbites that sell either?
3) since I'm going to be using SFX toner, which bleach would work with it to achieve the lightest color?



unfortunately none of these are really recent at all.

what I would be bleaching it back to (only lighter hopefully).
